Shipping Policy

We dispatch within 24 hours

Our shopping cart determines its rates based on the actual shipping costs based on the weight of your order. The majority of our orders are sent using USPS from our warehouse in china within 24 hours of you placing your order. Sometimes we ship from other locations to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.

And we don’t cut corners on packaging either. We realise how important it is to receive your items in pristine condition, so we work really hard to package your products better than any other shop!

Delivery times

We send out packages using the US postal service, but the time that it takes to arrive is out of our control though unfortunately. Based on previous orders, arrival times are normally around:

USA: 7- 15 days (our free shipping option might take a little longer)
Canada – 10- 18 days
Rest of the world: 3 – 25 days

These times aren’t guarantees though; they’re just rough estimates based on when other orders have arrived. We’re always happy to hear from you if you have concerns, but please remember that speed of delivery is in the hands of the postal service and we have no way of speeding them up after a package has been dispatched.
